Bad design
In the article "How to Ruin a Great design" by Alice Rawsthorn she had many valid points about bad design. My biggest point about bad design is in products like the original xbox controller. look at this big clunky, ugly, confusing, and uncomfortable design for a controller.
After I first played an Xbox with this controller, I decided I would never own an Xbox cause of the horrible job of design on the controller. I could not imagine myself every getting use to that crap design. Design is a major part of business. If your product has a bad design it will affect sales. that is my opinion on this matter.
